ANNOUNCING: 1ST "GATHERING FOR SHARING" Saturday, April 10, 10:00am - 1:30pm in Vesper, KS (7 miles west and one south of Lincoln)
The event will be held in the Wrench Social Center (formerly the Presbyterian Church) located on the Main (and only) street in little Vesper.
This will be a time to share recipes, tips, websites, and demonstrations such as making Almond Milk, and learning from Kevin and Lorraine Palmer, nutritionists.
A Pot Luck Lunch of your favorite Gluten-Free Foods will be at noon. $5 per person, accommodations for adults only. RSVP to Village Lines by 3/8/10,
